Support JuliaCon 2024
JuliaCon, reached out to the Convention Bureau to help facilitate a seamless and successful event. In our role as support service, we provided essential advice, from coordinating hotel accommodations and site visits to organizing mobile daycare options and identifying ideal workshop venues. We also helped arrange bicycle rentals to enhance the attendee experience throughout Eindhoven.
Philips Stadion provided an inspiring backdrop for the event, creating a collaborative environment for nearly 800 participants. Alongside the main venue, workshops were held at the Neuron faculty building at Eindhoven University of Technology, while Grand Café De Lichttoren hosted the annual hackathon. With on-site childcare and a commitment to inclusivity, JuliaCon was designed to be accessible and welcoming for all.
