Lunch Meeting TU/e
On 19 June, together with TU/e and VGF, we organized a lunch meeting for professors inclined to organize a conference but are still determining how best to go about it. We talked about the support from TU/e Conferences, financing possibilities from VGF (Pre Financing & Guarantee Fund), and the focus of our congress office on stimulating, attracting, and hosting congresses in Brainport Eindhoven that strengthen the profile of technology, design, and knowledge.
