Representing the Brainport region at IMEX Frankfurt
From 19 to 21 May, the Convention Bureau Brainport Eindhoven participated in IMEX, one of the world's leading conference for the meetings and events industry.
At the Global Business Exchange, we presented about IEEE RO-MAN 2025, sharing our approach to bidding for and hosting international conferences in the Brainport Eindhoven region. A valuable opportunity to position our region in front of an international professional audience and exchange knowledge with peers. We also identified several technical conferences that align well with Eindhoven's profile and will be exploring these as potential bid opportunities. Our schedule also included focused meetings with international stakeholders, all centred around what our region has to offer.
Being part of the Netherlands stand, alongside colleagues from other Dutch cities, strengthened our presence and created meaningful connections. We return from Frankfurt with new leads, renewed motivation and a clear focus on the opportunities ahead!
