Introducing our new service: Hotel Booking Eindhoven
We’re making it even easier to organise an international conference in Brainport Eindhoven. Together with ExpoHotels, we introduce our new Hotel Booking Eindhoven service, giving conference organisers a simple way to offer delegates a seamless accommodation experience through a dedicated booking page.
Based on your event requirements and budget, we select suitable hotels and negotiate competitive conference rates and booking conditions. We then create a personalised booking portal for your event, where delegates can easily find and book their preferred accommodation directly with the hotel.
The service is fully managed and completely free of charge for conference organisers, with no setup costs, management fees or financial commitments. Upon request, we can also assist with individual reservations for VIPs, speakers and other special requests.
