IEEE CICB Conference 2023

Hosted at Eindhoven University of Technology, we advised on hotel arrangements and developed a tailored social program. Participants visited the Van Gogh Village Museum and enjoyed a BBQ at the historic Opwetten Watermill, a site featured in Van Gogh’s work.

IEEE Medical Measurements & Applications Conference

We supported the organisation from the bidding stage through to delivery, advising on venue selection and overall setup. The conference took place at the Conference Center High Tech Campus Eindhoven and welcomed over 250 international participants for three days of knowledge exchange, networking, and collaboration in healthcare innovation.

DIAMANT Symposium

We were asked to identify a venue that could host both the conference and accommodate participants overnight. The organisers chose Holiday Inn Eindhoven, a modern downtown location with extensive meeting facilities. It provided the ideal setting for sessions, lunches, and networking in a central and accessible environment.

JuliaCon

We supported JuliaCon with full event coordination, including hotels, venue selection, daycare services, and bicycle rentals. The conference took place at Philips Stadion and brought together nearly 800 participants for workshops, talks, and community events across Eindhoven, showcasing the city as a dynamic conference destination.
